01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ecwon8 ("ecwon8", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ecwon8.cam ("the Website").

ecwon8 is operated by ecwon8 Group under an international online gaming licence. By accessing the Website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms. 02 Definitions

• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and/or bonus funds as applicable.

03 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the ecwon8 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own legal capacity. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as Users.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of or located in a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of ecwon8, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed by ecwon8 for a breach of these Terms.
• You must not already hold an active Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.

04 Account Registration

To access the full range of ecwon8 services, Users must complete the registration process and create an Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum:

• A valid username and password. Your password must be kept confidential; you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
• A valid email address to which account-related communications will be sent.
• Your full legal name, date of birth, and mobile phone number.
• Your preferred currency (MYR/RM is supported for Malaysian users).

ecwon8 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate or multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any accumulated balances in excess of net deposits.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, or at ecwon8's discretion at any earlier stage, Users will be required to complete identity verification (KYC). Acceptable documents for Malaysian users include a valid MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport, together with a proof of address document (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months). Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

ecwon8 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits: All deposit transactions must originate from payment accounts held in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ecwon8 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources without processing. Deposits are generally credited in real time for e-wallets and within 5–15 minutes for bank transfers, subject to the relevant payment provider's processing times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the User's name and previously used for deposit, where applicable. Estimated processing times are as follows:

• e-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes following approval.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): Typically 5–15 minutes following approval.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Typically 15–60 minutes following approval, subject to bank processing schedules.
• USDT TRC20: Subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15–30 minutes.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. ecwon8 reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances. The Platform does not charge withdrawal fees; however, applicable network or payment provider fees may apply.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ecwon8 may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback incentives, and other rewards to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement where applicable.

The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users aged 21 and above only.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• ecwon8 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple Accounts, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information during registration.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering conditions.
• ecwon8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

07 Gameplay & Wagering Rules

All Games available on ecwon8 are operated in accordance with the rules and specifications published within each game. In the event of a conflict between a game's in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the in-game rules provide greater specificity on game mechanics.

Game outcomes on ecwon8 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, independently tested and audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment under controlled conditions consistent with international gaming standards.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages for each game and do not guarantee any specific return within a single gaming session. Gambling involves risk; the outcome of any individual wager is never guaranteed.

ecwon8 reserves the right to void any wager or game session where technical errors, software malfunctions, or human error have materially affected the outcome. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the User's Account. Winnings generated from a malfunction are not considered valid.

Sports betting markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and all other markets offered on ecwon8, are subject to the individual market rules published in the sportsbook section. Ante-post and in-play betting are each governed by their respective published rules.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ecwon8 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of Balance, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same name, a different name, or using a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any communication with ecwon8.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using bots, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other system designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to live poker and live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage. Any such bugs must be reported immediately to ecwon8 support.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes that misrepresent authorised transactions.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including a minor.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming.

09 Responsible Gambling

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Use of any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Website.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ecwon8 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data.
• System downtime, interruptions, or technical failures beyond ecwon8's reasonable control.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by technical malfunctions.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any content published on the Website.

ecwon8's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the amount deposited by the User in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ecwon8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Website or the suitability of any game for a particular purpose.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

ecwon8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• A User's continued presence poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other Users, or ecwon8.
• Required by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• A User requests self-exclusion under the Platform's responsible gambling programme.
• A User's Account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for a User-initiated breach, ecwon8 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money funds representing the User's net deposits will be returned to the User following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal processing conditions, except where prohibited by law.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ecwon8 holds its international gaming licence.

Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling is not formally regulated under Malaysian domestic law, and that ecwon8 operates under international licensing. By accessing the Platform, Malaysian users confirm they do so of their own volition and at their own legal risk, and that they have independently verified the legality of their participation.

Any dispute between a User and ecwon8 that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, as designated by ecwon8 from time to time. Nothing in this clause shall prevent ecwon8 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to Terms

ecwon8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, ecwon8 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to affected Users via the email address registered to their Account or by a prominent notice on the Website.

The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the update notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
